Disabled Services is a department that we have set up to assist those who are maybe a little less able to get about, elderly or even pregnant.
Disabled Services can be found just inside the main entrance to the event at the Information Point, a dedicated person will be on hand to assist with your needs.
A dedicated rest area is also available which has chairs for you to rest on.
We realise that sometimes it can be hard to get about for one reason or another and that people with disabilities are sometimes not catered for in the way that they should be.
At the London MCM Expo we will have available several wheelchairs for you to borrow to assist you around the event. To borrow one of these chairs you will need to leave an imprint of your credit card – your card WILL NOT be charged unless you fail to return the wheelchair. A fee of £300 will then be taken from your card.
We want everyone who attends the London MCM Expo to enjoy the experience and we are here to assist you in any way that we can. To assist with this we have devised a disability pass that will be issued to those attendees that have severe mobility problems and difficulty queuing.
