 Twentieth Century Fox have confirmed that they will be bringing suspense, terror and excitement to the May 08 London MCM EXPO in the form of exciting preview material from two of this year’s most anticipated cinema releases: M. Night Shyamalan’s ‘The Happening’ and the recently officially titled ‘The X-Files: I Want to Believe’.
Also on showcase is exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from forthcoming DVD and Blu-ray releases ‘Aliens vs Predator – Requiem’ and ‘Jumper’.

May 2007 sees a very significant milestone in the long and distinguished career of Christopher Lee.
Firstly Mr. Lee will be celebrating his 85th Birthday at the London MCM Expo,
Secondly the weekend also marks the 60th anniversary of his acting career, all this and a special live performance from his new album ‘Revelation’.
Christopher Lee will be singing a selection from ‘Revelation’, in exclusive live performances at the London MCM Expo.
The live performances are being organised to celebrate his upcoming DVD release of
‘Revelation’.
Mr. Lee will be performing in different styles of music, for example heavy metal, Jazz/flamenco and a Broadway musical.
He will be joined on stage by guest artistes from various musical fields - singer Lola Rueda in a romantic duet, world-renowned flamenco guitarist Juan Ramirez and
introducing ‘db-Infusion’, a progressive jazz/rock fusion band.
Mr. Lee will also be conducting Q&A’s with fans after each of the performances.
The London MCM Expo will also be featuring a homage to Mr. Lee’s 60 year
career in acting.

BARRY MORSE, ANTHONY WYNN & ROBERT E WOOD DEBUT NEW BOOK AT THE LONDON MCM EXPO
Barry Morse will speak about and sign his new theatrical memoir Remember with Advantages in a special debut at the London MCM Expo (Saturday only), joined by co-authors Anthony Wynn and Robert E. Wood, from the USA and Canada respectively, this event will feature the only joint on-stage appearance and book signing by all three authors in Britain!
The book Remember with Advantages: Chasing ‘The Fugitive’ and Other Stories from an Actor’s Life, ISBN 978-0-7864-2771-0, is published by McFarland and Company and details the experiences of Barry Morse throughout some eight decades in entertainment. He candidly relates his childhood as a Cockney boy in the East End of London and his win, against all odds, of a full scholarship to the famed Royal Academy of Dramatic Art at the age of 15. He describes how this unlikely beginning propelled him into an international career on stage and screen, including starring roles on Broadway, London's West End, and in television series such as The Fugitive, Space: 1999, The Zoo Gang, The Adventurer, and The Winds of War. He crosses paths with numerous notable figures along the way, including George Bernard Shaw, Noel Coward, Peter Cushing, Alfred Hitchcock, David Janssen, Robert Mitchum, and many others.
Long regarded one of the most versatile pros in show business, his book is more than just a memoir; it is a wealth of theatrical history and stands as testament to an era which is now gone forever. Universal Pictures & London MCM Expo are delighted to announce that the eagerly waited Working Title movie HOT FUZZ will be a major feature at this coming October's show.
Hot Fuzz is the latest big screen outing for Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
The Film: "Top London cop, Police Constable Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg), finds himself reassigned to the sleepy West Country village of Sandford, With garden fetes and neighbourhood watch meetings replacing the action of the city, Angel struggles to adapt to his situation and finds himself partnered with Danny Butterman (Nick Frost), an oafish but well meaning young Constable. Just as all seems lost, a series of grisly accidents motivates Angel into action. Convinced of foul play, Angel realises that Sandford may not be as idyllic as it seems".
HOT FUZZ is written by Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg, reuniting the creative force behind SHAUN OF THE DEAD. Once again, Wright directs as Pegg leads a stellar cast which includes Jim Broadbent, Nick Frost, Bill Nighy, Edward Woodward and Timothy Dalton.

Twentieth Century Fox chose the London MCM Expo event to unveil this year’s, most hotly anticipated fantasy blockbuster Eragon to UK audiences.
To celebrate, visitors to the London MCM Expo got the chance to meet on Saturday 27th May 2006 Eragon himself Edward Speleers - the bright young star Edward Speleers was present and gave his 1st EVER interview about his incredible experiences and introduced some very early footage.
